About Me

Hi there,
my friends call me Caro !
I’m a curious soul with a deep love for God, people, and the beautifully messy work of helping others live into their calling. I get to walk this out in many meaningful roles—as a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a pastor, a loving wife, and a very proud paw-mom to Sir Romeo and Miss Juliet (who are convinced they’re in charge, and honestly… they might be right).

By training, I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and a lifelong learner currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychological and Counseling Services with a focus on biblical counseling at Regent University. I’m also the founder and president of Love-On Inc. and the CEO and owner of Nube Faith & Wellness, PLLC—spaces where faith and mental health meet with intention, compassion, and just enough humor to keep us grounded.
My Story
My own journey toward mental wellness taught me something I couldn’t ignore: healing feels incomplete when faith is left out of the room. The path wasn’t neat or easy, but it clarified just how much people need spaces that hold both life’s real struggles and their deep faith with care and respect. That realization reshaped everything—and it’s why I’ve made it my life’s work to help others create those kinds of sacred, supportive spaces for the people they serve.

Every day reminds me that powerful things happen when passion, God’s purpose, and love show up together. My hope is that my commitment to faith, mental health, and ministry encourages you—and that we might walk alongside one another toward wholeness, purpose, and the kind of growth that truly lasts.
