Public Speaking

Direct. Humorous. Transformative.

I believe God has given me the gift of communication—the ability to speak truth with clarity, connect deeply with people, and engage audiences in ways that leave them both inspired and equipped. When I step on stage, I bring a voice that is direct, authentic, and often sprinkled with humor, because growth should feel alive, relatable, and yes—even a little fun.

For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and ministry leaders navigating the intersection of faith and mental health. Whether I’m speaking to therapists, church leaders, or everyday believers, my heart is to help people look beneath the surface, recognize their worth in Christ, and take practical, grace-filled steps toward healing, wholeness, and purpose.

“A meaningful talk isn’t loud or clever — it’s the kind that makes people nod and think, Oh… it’s not just me.”

Previous Talks & Keynotes

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of speaking to churches, retreats, conferences, and faith communities about the places where faith, emotional health, and real life intersect. These talks are rooted in Scripture, informed by psychology, and shaped by the honest questions people are already carrying.

Selected talks include:

Seen
An attachment-focused message for women on being deeply known, securely loved, and spiritually safe.

Healing From the Inside Out
A compassionate look at internal healing, performance fatigue, and the cost of striving without rest.

Bridging the Gap
Why seeking mental health support is not a failure of faith—and how God works through both prayer and process.

Loving People Back to Life
A hope-filled, trauma-aware conversation on suicide prevention, presence, and the power of staying connected.

Beneath the Surface

Walking through restoration, repair, and the long road of healing after affairs and deep relational betrayal.

Toxic Faith
How rigidity, performance pressure, and outcome-based spirituality impact mental health—and what healthier faith can look like.
