1
How do I schedule a Growth Session?
Complete the interest form, and our Service Coordinator will connect with you to answer any questions and help schedule your initial Growth Session. We look forward to walking alongside you on your growth journey!
2
Does Carolina accept insurance?
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring my clinical training and experience into Growth Sessions, thoughtfully blending psychological insight, coaching, and Christian faith. Because these sessions are designed as a faith-integrated personal and relational growth experience rather than insurance-billed psychotherapy, they are offered on a self-pay basis, and I do not accept insurance. My heart is to create a space where we can focus on your unique needs, goals, and growth journey.
3
Why are Couples Growth Sessions offered as a package?
Because meaningful growth in a relationship takes time, consistency, and intentionality. The 10-session package gives us room to go beyond surface-level conversations, better understand the patterns shaping your relationship, and put practical tools into action. My heart is not just to help you navigate where you are today, but to equip you to build a healthier, stronger connection for the seasons ahead.
4
What is the difference between Growth Sessions and traditional therapy?
Growth Sessions bring together my clinical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an IFS-informed approach, faith, and practical coaching. While traditional therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health concerns, Growth Sessions emphasize self-understanding, intentional growth, and building healthier relationships.

What age groups does Carolina work with?
Carolina works exclusively with adults ages 18 and older, offering a welcoming and supportive space for individuals and couples seeking personal, emotional, spiritual, and relational growth.
